Dear Manager HR,
I request you to kindly booking air tickets on Monday 23 December for Singapore and Wednesday 25 December from Singapore to Dubai.
I have some meetings with our clients. I may stay in Dubai for three or four days so do not fail to remember to book hotel rooms for one day and 4 days accordingly.
I will let you know for return ticket booking after having meetings in Dubai because Dubai stay may be extended as I have three appointments.
I am looking for the confirmation email.
