Sub: An Application for Advanced Leave for The Relevant Serious Reason.
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind attention that I am Zahid Hasan, working as an Assistant Accountant in your esteemed organization. My nephew has injured seriously in his head on 4th August 2021. I have to take the responsibility for my nephew’s treatment because I maintain my family’s all responsibility especially any medical issues. This is a very difficult problem for my nephew. So I have to stay in my village for two days for my nephew’s treatment purposes. For this reason, I will unable to attend my esteemed office on 7th August 2021 & 8th August 2021. This is the relevant serious reason why I will not able to attend my respective organization for these two days.
In these circumstances, I cordially request you to grant my two days’ leave & oblige thereby.
